Most shared, reseller, and VPS hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, excluding domain registration and third-party licensing fees.
Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and dedicated servers are generally non-refundable once activated, due to third-party issuance costs — please confirm at checkout.
To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact Us page or Submit a Ticket, including your order or invoice number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Custom development, design, and marketing services are billed per project or milestone; refund eligibility is defined in your project agreement.
