What this policy covers

This policy explains which cookies www.its.qa uses and why. A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser.

The cookie we use

• theme: remembers whether you chose the light or dark look of the site. It stores only the word "light" or "dark", lasts one year, and is set only when you press the theme button.
• Staff sign-in: our own team members who sign in to the site management area receive a secure session cookie that ends when they sign out or after 8 hours. Visitors never receive it.

What we do not use

• No analytics or statistics cookies.
• No advertising, tracking or social-media pixels.
• No cookies that identify you personally.

Because the site sets no tracking cookies, it does not show a consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before any of them run.

Other sites we link to

Ordering, payments and your client account happen on our client portal (portal.its.ae), and chat may open in WhatsApp. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the theme cookie only means the site opens in its default dark look on each visit.
